Tax, Corporate Services & Compliance Executive

• We are looking for an Executive to handle VAT registration and return filing, licensing and visa processing for our clients. The role involves regular client communication, so excellent English is essential. • Manage VAT registrations, amendments and deregistrations with the FTA, ensuring accuracy and full compliance with UAE VAT law. • Prepare and file VAT returns for multiple clients, ensuring accurate and timely submissions to avoid penalties. • Handle company incorporation and trade license applications, renewals and amendments across mainland and free zones. • Process employee and investor visas, Emirates ID, renewals and cancellations. • Maintain compliance calendars for every client, tracking VAT, license and visa deadlines and issuing timely reminders. • Maintain accurate and organised client records, ensuring all documents are up to date and readily accessible. • Draft professional emails and correspond with clients and government authorities, ensuring clear and timely communication. • Excellent written and spoken English (mandatory), with the ability to draft clear, professional client emails. • Proficiency in Tally and Excel (mandatory). • Prior experience in managing VAT returns for clients is highly desirable. • Sound knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax law. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce; an MBA is an advantage. • Professional qualification such as CA (ICAI), CPA, ACCA, CTA, or equivalent, including part-qualified, is highly desirable.
