• Training Plan Execution: Supporting the implementation of the Annual Training Plan, including stakeholder coordination, employee enrollments, training logistics, follow-up activities, and completion tracking. • Training Needs Analysis (TNA): Assisting in the preparation of the Training Needs Analysis through data collection, stakeholder engagement, prioritization of learning needs, and development of the annual training plan. • Performance Management: Supporting the planning and execution of the performance management cycle, including communications, coordination, data consolidation, reporting, and stakeholder support. • Onboarding Programs: Manage of new employee onboarding programs. • Internship Programs: Manage the administration and coordination of student internship programs. • HiPo Development Program: Assisting in the execution of the High Potential Development Program, including assessments, coaching coordination, and progress tracking. • Career Development: Supporting Individual Development Plan (IDP) tracking, shadowing programs, career development initiatives. • Reporting & Data Management: Maintaining talent development records, dashboards, and reports to support effective decision-making and management reporting. • Project Management Support: Assisting with talent development projects, including planning, coordination, documentation, governance, procurement activities, and progress monitoring. • Skills Stakeholder Management Data Analysis Project Coordination
