Syrup Room Operator

• Mix syrup required for production. • Prepare cleaning and sanitation chemicals and maintain relevant areas in an orderly condition. • Weigh the correct quantities of sugar and prepare simple syrup. • Mix final syrup using the correct quantities of concentrate according to the production plan provided by the Senior Chemist/Chemist. • Clean and sanitize sugar and mixing tanks to ensure food safety. • Keep all relevant work areas clean and tidy. • Ensure proper operation of the water treatment plant by correctly mixing chemicals. • Experience in Beverage/FMCG or Food Manufacturing . • Knowledge of Syrup preparation, Sugar weighing, and Mixing . • Experience with Mixing tanks, Sanitation, and Food Safety . • Basic knowledge of Water treatment and Chemical Handling . • Able to follow Production Plans and maintain Hygiene Standards .
