Requirements
• Has experience in stadiums
• Bacheloru2019s Degree in Civil Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related engineering discipline.
• Masteru2019s Degree in Facilities Management, Civil Engineering, or Project Management is an advantage.
• 8 years of experience in facility management, focusing on civil works, roads, and grounds maintenance.
• Experience in leading technical teams and managing multi-site operations is preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent (preferred).
• Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or CMRP (advantage).
• NEBOSH or OSHA certification (preferred).
• PMP certification (advantage).
• Civil and infrastructure maintenance expertise.
• Facility operations and asset management knowledge.
• Leadership and team supervision.
• Strong planning and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of HSE and quality standards.
• Effective communication and coordination.
• Proficiency in ERP/CMMS systems.
