Project Manager

Requirements • Has experience in stadiums • Bachelor degree in project management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. • 10 Years and above experience in operation, maintenance or construction projects. At least three years of this experience must be in project management. • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP u2013 Project Management Professional) or similar is highly desirable. • Additional certifications or training in relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma) is a plus. • Strong leadership and team management abilities • Excellent project planning and organizational skills • Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Budget management and cost control expertise • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Problem-solving and decision-making skills • Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards • Conflict resolution and negotiation skills
