Supply Planning Manager

ROLE PURPOSE Own supply planning for all CMO and in-house manufactured supplies, turning demand into net requirements, locking firm rolling supply plans, aligning capacities and delivering supplies on time, in full, with optimised inventory. The role is directly accountable for supply OTIF and for strengthening supply chain excellence for oncology patients. 3 MANDATES / KPIS FOR THE BUSINESS MANDATE 1 Supply OTIF Raise on-time, in-full delivery of CMO and in-house supplies, including secondary packing. OTIF of CMO & in-house supplies: 95% Secondary packing plan vs. actual: 95% Supplier follow-up: delays escalated in time MANDATE 2 Firm & Aligned Plans Keep the supply plan firm, reconciled and capacity-aligned so the business can commit with confidence. Firm supply plan confirmed: 3 months rolling Net requirements reconciled by cycle cut-off Capacity aligned with CMOs & manufacturing MANDATE 3 Inventory & Data Optimise inventory and build one shared planning data view across Planning, Procurement and Logistics. Inventory days of cover vs. target Expiry / obsolete write-offs: Single planning & OTIF dashboard live KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Net requirement planning: convert demand into net requirements against stock, open orders and BOM; reconcile final requirements with Demand Planning, Procurement and CMOs. • Firm supply plans: confirm firm plans for at least 3 months rolling and review them every planning cycle. • Capacity alignment: align capacities with in-house manufacturing and CMOs; surface constraints early. • Secondary packing: own the secondary packing plans and track their actualisation against plan. • Supplier & CMO follow-up: chase supplies, escalate delays and own OTIF of all supplies. • Inventory optimisation: set cover and safety-stock norms; cut excess and expiry risk. Data synergies & cost ideas: common data and dashboards with Procurement, Manufacturing and Logistics; BOM and lot-size cost-saving ideas.
