Supply Planning Executive

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Net requirement runs: run requirement calculations in ERP / Excel against stock, open orders and BOM; prepare the reconciliation for manager review. • Rolling plan upkeep: maintain the 3-month rolling supply plan, log changes and share updates each cycle. • Supply follow-up: chase suppliers and CMOs for confirmations, dispatch and delivery; update the tracker and escalate delays. • Secondary packing: track packing plans against actuals and report variances with reasons. • Stock & expiry monitoring: watch cover, shortages and near-expiry stock; flag actions to the manager. • Master data: keep lead times, BOM and MOQ data correct in ERP. • Reports & automation support: prepare weekly OTIF and plan reports; support dashboard and automation data needs. • Experience: 2 - 5 years in supply planning or supply chain operations; pharma preferred. • Education: Bachelors degree (pharma, science, commerce or engineering); MBA not required. • Technical: good Excel (lookups, pivots) and working ERP knowledge. • Mindset: detail-oriented, structured and persistent with follow-up; keen to learn BOM and planning concepts.
