Role Overview We are seeking an experienced **Supply Chain Integration Director** to lead end\-to\-end supply chain integration, oversee digital transformation initiatives, and ensure operational excellence. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership, manage cross\-functional teams, and drive innovation in supply chain connectivity. Key Responsibilities * **Integration strategy**: Define and implement supply chain integration frameworks. * **Systems alignment**: Ensure seamless coordination between procurement, logistics, and production systems. * **Digital transformation**: Lead adoption of ERP, AI, and IoT solutions. * **Operational efficiency**: Optimize workflows to reduce costs and improve performance. * **Risk management**: Identify and mitigate supply chain vulnerabilities. * **Vendor collaboration**: Strengthen partnerships with suppliers and logistics providers. * **Team leadership**: Mentor managers and staff to ensure integration success. * **Innovation**: Introduce advanced technologies and sustainable practices. Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration. * 12\+ years of supply chain experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. * Strong expertise in ERP systems, logistics integration, and digital supply chain solutions. * Proven track record of managing large\-scale integration projects. * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Familiarity with GCC industrial supply chain trends is an advantage.
