Job description

• Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies that align with business goals and improve operational efficiency. • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize inventory management. • Negotiate contracts and build strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effective procurement. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance communication across departments. • Monitor and manage logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of products while minimizing costs. • Implement risk management strategies to mitigate supply chain disruptions and enhance resilience. • Utilize advanced supply chain software and technologies to improve tracking, reporting, and decision-making. • Conduct regular audits and assessments of the supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement. • Oversee the development and training of team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in supply chain management. • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and competitive advantage. • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management or logistics, with a proven track record of success. • Certifications such as APICS CPIM, CSCP, or Six Sigma are highly desirable to demonstrate expertise. • Experience in industries such as manufacturing, retail, or e-commerce, where supply chain dynamics are critical. • Proficiency in supply chain software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data analysis tools to enhance operational insights. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively manage supplier relationships and cross-functional teams. • Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team development and fostering a collaborative work environment. • Cultural awareness and adaptability, preferably with experience working in diverse, multinational teams. • Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in other languages is a plus to facilitate global operations.
