Structural Manager

Manage and supervise all structural construction activities at the project site. Ensure structural works are executed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with project specifications and quality standards. Coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, planning, procurement, and subcontractors. Oversee structural steel fabrication, erection, and installation activities. Monitor manpower, equipment, and material utilization. Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and client requirements. Resolve technical issues, review drawings, and monitor project progress. Support inspection, testing, and project handover activities. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. Minimum 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas or Industrial Construction, including at least 5 years in a Structural Manager role. GCC/Oil & Gas project experience is preferred. Skills Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of structural steel fabrication, erection, and construction standards. Familiarity with international codes and client specifications. Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
