Structural Manager

The role involves managing structural teams, coordinating with multidisciplinary stakeholders, and delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage structural engineering activities for oil & gas projects. • Review and approve structural designs, drawings, calculations, and technical documentation. • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and clients to ensure successful project execution. • Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality, and ensure compliance with HSE policies and industry standards. • Provide technical leadership, resolve engineering issues, and support fabrication, erection, and site activities. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. 8+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector. Strong knowledge of structural steel and reinforced concrete design, engineering codes, and industry standards. Experience managing multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and client coordination. Excellent leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
