Storekeeper Key Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain daily inventory records of construction materials, tools, equipment, and office supplies. • Receive, inspect, store, and issue materials according to approved requests. • Maintain proper stock records and ensure accurate inventory management. • Have good knowledge of construction materials, including electrical, plumbing, civil, and MEP materials. • Prepare material requisitions, stock reports, delivery records, and inventory statements. • Maintain and update inventory records using Microsoft Excel and Word. • Monitor stock levels and inform management about low-stock or required materials. • Coordinate with suppliers regarding material availability, collection, and delivery. • Collect construction materials from supplier shops whenever required using a company vehicle. • Assist the procurement and site teams with material arrangements and other store-related activities. • Maintain proper organization, cleanliness, and documentation of the store. • Perform other duties as assigned by management. Required Qualifications & Skills: • Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory. • Good knowledge of construction materials. • Previous experience in storekeeping and inventory management. • Good computer knowledge, especially Microsoft Excel and Word. • Good communication, coordination, and record-keeping skills. • Helpful, flexible, responsible, and willing to support other departments whenever required. • Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
