STOREKEEPER

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and supplies. • Verify the quality, quantity, and specifications of received materials against purchase orders and delivery notes. • Maintain and record all the stocks of materials in the Stores. • Conduct regular physical stock counts and assist with periodic inventory audits. • Maintain proper documentation, including Goods Received Notes (GRNs), all invoices, and material issue vouchers. • After the MR is received from the sites, check availability of items at all the stores and Central Store before recommending for a purchase. • Prepare stock statements of all Stores including Central Store and prepare reconciliation statement. • Coordinate with Purchase In-charge and Project Manager to ensure smooth availability of all required materials. • Familiarity with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office. • Good communication and coordination skills.
