Store Supervisor

Oversee and direct the daily activities, schedules, inventory, and distribution of materials and tools. Accountabilities • Oversees receipt and verification of incoming shipments; ensures materials are unloaded, stored, and verified according to policy. • Ensures that an accurate inventory record is maintained in accordance with established procedures. • Ensures orderly storage of incoming shipments; maintains detailed records of available products and their storage locations. • Communicates results of inventory reviews to manager; collaborates with manager to schedule future shipments. • Delegates fulfillment of customer orders to staff; maintains inventory database when orders are fulfilled. • Organize and maintain inventory and storage area • Ensure shipments and inventory transactions accuracy • Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices • Confer and coordinate activities with other departments Benefits • Basic Salary • Housing Allowance • Transportation Allowance • Medical Insurance • Bonus as per company policy Note: you will be required to attach the following: • Resume/CV • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Management, or a related field. • 3 4 years of experience in a relevant field. • Proficiency in Arabic and English. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. • Customer service skills. • Strong oral, written communication, and presentation skills. • Effective time management. • Good product knowledge. • Negotiation skills. • Results-driven approach with a focus on meeting customer expectations. • Knowledge of standard practices, procedures, and equipment used in the receipt, storage, requisitioning, and distribution of supplies and materials. • Ability to maintain work schedules and uphold established work standards.
