Responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in regular stock audits to ensure compliance with company policies. Facilitate the efficient loading and unloading of supplies, ensuring timely availability of materials for the finance department. Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and identify areas for improvement in inventory management. Implement innovative storage solutions to enhance accessibility and organization of financial documents and supplies. Provide mentorship to new staff members on best practices for inventory handling and storage efficiency. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail or finance environment. Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
