Store Manager – Indian Ethnic Wear Retail

• Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the retail store. • Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets. • Lead, motivate and manage the sales team to achieve business objectives. • Deliver excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships. • Maintain effective visual merchandising and ensure attractive product displays. • Manage inventory, stock replenishment and stock accuracy. • Monitor sales KPIs, prepare performance reports and implement sales improvement strategies. • Ensure proper store standards, staff grooming and compliance with company policies. • Handle customer escalations and ensure customer satisfaction. • Minimum 4 years of experience in a Store Manager or similar retail management position. • Mandatory preference for experience in Indian ethnic wear, traditional fashion, bridal or occasion wear retail. • Strong knowledge of Indian ethnic collections, including sarees, lehengas, salwar suits, sherwanis, kurtas and Indo-Western wear. • Proven experience in achieving sales targets and managing retail teams. • Excellent communication, leadership and customer relationship management skills. • Good knowledge of retail operations, inventory management and POS systems. • UAE retail experience will be an added advantage.
