Inventory Management • Maintain optimal stock levels for all façade materials (profiles, brackets, fasteners, gaskets, glass, steel items). • Conduct periodic inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies. • Ensure accurate GRN, MIR, issuance, and return documentation. • Monitor expiry, damage, and shelf-life of consumables. • Maintain 98%+ inventory accuracy through ERP/Odoo. Operations & Logistics • Manage daily store operations including receiving, segregation, binning, and dispatch. • Coordinate incoming/outgoing shipments with logistics and procurement teams. • Ensure proper handling, packing, and storage of aluminium profiles and glass. • Support fabrication teams with timely material issuance based on cutting lists and BOQ. Staff Supervision • Lead and supervise storekeepers, helpers, and forklift operators. • Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to SOPs. • Train staff on material identification, handling, and safety protocols. Safety & Security • Implement warehouse safety standards and ensure compliance with HSE guidelines. • Prevent material loss, theft, and damage through strict control measures. • Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure safe movement of materials. Documentation & Reporting • Maintain complete and accurate records of stock movement. Job Description • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports for management. • Ensure ERP/Odoo entries are updated in real time. • Support internal and external audits with required documentation. • 10+ years of experience in façade store operations (Aluminium, Glass, Steel, Metal Works). • Strong background in inventory management, warehouse operations, and logistics coordination. • Proven experience handling façade materials, including aluminium profiles, brackets, fasteners, gaskets, glass panels, and consumables. • Hands-on experience with GRN, MIR, BOQ, cutting lists, fabrication drawings, and project material flow. • Demonstrated ability to lead store teams, manage workloads, and maintain operational discipline. • Experience working in high-rise, complex façade projects is a major advantage.
