Job Vacancy Details Position: Staff Nurse Department: Primary Care / Infectious Diseases Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent post-graduate experience in Primary Care Key Job Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to adult and geriatric patients Perform nasal swab collection for Influenza A, Influenza B and respiratory viral panel testing Conduct Point-of-Care (POC) Rapid Strep tests Perform colour vision and visual acuity assessments Assist with Pap smear swab collection within the authorised nursing scope of practice Support earwax removal procedures Monitor patients and document clinical findings Maintain infection prevention and control standards Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams Ensure patient safety and quality nursing care Nursing Manthra provides professional healthcare licensing and documentation assistance for nurses planning to work in Dubai and other UAE emirates. Eligibility & Qualifications Bachelor s Degree in Nursing (minimum 3-year full-time programme), or another nursing qualification meeting the employer s stated criteria Valid professional nursing registration or licence, where applicable Minimum 2 years of recent post-graduate Primary Care experience, subject to applicable exemptions Valid Basic Life Support (BLS/BCLS) certification Strong patient assessment and clinical decision-making skills Ability to provide safe, patient-centred nursing care Experience with diagnostic procedures and infection prevention practices
