Key Responsibilities Patient Care Deliver high-quality nursing care within a busy outpatient clinic environment. Support physicians during consultations, examinations, and medical procedures. Monitor and record patient vital signs and clinical observations. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Support patients with chronic disease management and follow-up care. Provide patient education, health promotion, and lifestyle advice. Recognize and respond appropriately to acute or emergency clinical situations. Clinical Procedures Perform venepuncture and blood collection. Perform IV cannulation and support treatment administration. Prepare patients for examinations and diagnostic procedures. Assist physicians during minor procedures when required. Support pediatric and family medicine consultations. Escalate concerns promptly and effectively when patient conditions require urgent intervention. Documentation & Quality Maintain accurate patient records and EMR documentation. Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and patient safety standards. Follow infection prevention and control policies. Support clinic quality initiatives and continuous professional development. Essential Requirements DHA Licensed Registered Nurse. Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing. Valid BLS Certification. Minimum 2 years' post-registration nursing experience. Strong clinical assessment and patient triage skills. Excellent venepuncture and IV cannulation skills. Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent English language skills. Strong computer and EMR documentation skills. Clinical Background Required Candidates must have previous experience in one or more of the following areas: Emergency Department (ER/A&E) Urgent Care Pediatrics Acute Care Hospital Inpatient Services Family Medicine Ambulatory Care Medical Centres Hospital Outpatient Departments Highly Preferred Female candidates Arabic-speaking candidates Filipino/Tagalog-speaking candidates UAE healthcare experience Pediatric nursing experience Emergency nursing experience Family Medicine experience Chronic disease management experience Experience working within a busy multidisciplinary outpatient clinic Strong blood extraction, venepuncture, and cannulation skills
