Sr. Proposal Engineer

Support Jasara s growth objectives by identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities, while leading bid preparation and proposal management to strengthen the company s market presence and revenue generation. • Lead business development and client engagement activities to support growth targets. • Identify and pursue new opportunities across public and private sector clients. • Manage and coordinate bid and proposal preparation processes from opportunity identification through submission. • Develop high-quality technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with internal stakeholders. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and strategic partners. • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities. • Prepare presentations, proposals, and business cases for prospective clients. • Support contract negotiations and the successful conversion of opportunities into awarded projects. • Maintain and report on the business development pipeline, pursuits, and key performance indicators (KPIs) Competitive salary and benefits package Be part of a collaborative and supportive team VIP Medical Insurance • Bachelor s degree in engineering or a related discipline. • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in business development and/or proposal management . • Strong local experience in bid preparation, bid management, and proposal development within a reputable engineering consultancy or project management organization in KSA . • Proven track record in securing new business and supporting revenue growth. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. • Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking capabilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple pursuits simultaneously
