Job description

Job Purpose: Perform all activities to support processing invoices at the Accounts Payable Section. Post all invoices and follow-up of pending invoices with end users. Ensure vendor communication and reconciliation. Minimum Qualification: • Diploma in Accounting or Finance/High School Certificate and a specialized certificate in Accounting • Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance is an advantage. Minimum Experience: • 1 - 2 years of experience in Accounting. • Oil and Gas experience is an advantage. • Proven experience in using SAP Job Accountabilities: • Account Processing • Journal Entries • Invoice Processing • Performance Improvement & Reporting • Vendor Communication • Policies and Procedures • Safety, Qualify & Environment • Continous Improvment
