Sr. Financial Analyst

We are looking for a highly capable financial specialist to optimize our financial operations in line with our business objectives at Toby's Estate Coffee Roasters. Job Description: * Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long\-range planning processes. * Develop driver\-based financial models covering sales, COGS, labor, occupancy, and operating expenses. * Monitor actual performance against budget and forecast, identifying risks and opportunities. * Prepare monthly management reporting * Analyze revenue performance across retail cafés, wholesale customers, and e\-commerce channels. * Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations. * Evaluate new store openings, market expansion opportunities, and investment proposals. * Monitor commodity cost trends and their impact on margins. * Build financial models for new business initiatives and growth projects. * Perform ROI, payback, and investment analyses. * Support Board presentations and executive\-level reporting. * Enhance reporting automation and dashboard capabilities. * Improve forecasting accuracy and FP\&A processes. * Collaborate with Finance systems teams on ERP and BI tool optimization. Requirement: * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. * CPA, CA, CFA, CMA, or MBA preferred. * At least 3\-4 years’ experience as a Sr. Financial Analyst. Experience in Food and Beverage Experience within FMCG, Food \& Beverage, hospitality, retail, consumer products is required. * Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise. * Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting. * Experience with ERP systems * Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools. * Can join immediately * Must have a transferable visa Application Question(s): * Which Industries do you have experience in? * When can you join?
