Financial Controller **Nofaque** **Location:** Arraya Tower, Al Shuhada Street, Kuwait City, Al Asimah, Kuwait **Salary:** **KWD 1,800 per month** Job Overview Nofaque is seeking a highly analytical and experienced **Financial Controller** to oversee the company's financial operations and ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of all financial reporting. Based at our Arraya Tower office in Kuwait City, the successful candidate will lead accounting functions, manage budgeting and forecasting processes, strengthen internal controls, and provide strategic financial guidance to support business growth and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities * Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and fixed assets. * Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards. * Develop and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections. * Monitor financial performance and provide analysis to support strategic decision\-making. * Establish and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity. * Ensure compliance with Kuwait tax regulations, statutory reporting requirements, and company policies. * Coordinate internal and external audits and address audit findings promptly. * Lead month\-end and year\-end closing processes while ensuring timely financial reporting. * Supervise and mentor accounting and finance team members. * Analyze financial risks, recommend cost\-control measures, and identify opportunities to improve profitability. * Prepare financial reports and presentations for executive management and stakeholders. * Collaborate with department heads to support financial planning and operational objectives. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, accounting, or financial controlling, including supervisory responsibilities. * Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, and financial analysis. * Familiarity with IFRS and Kuwait financial regulations is preferred. * Proficiency in ERP systems, accounting software, and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel. * Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent is highly desirable. * Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem\-solving skills. * Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
