Senior Financial Auditor **Company:** PSAK Bekasi **Location:** Fahad Al Salem Street, Kuwait City, Al Asimah, Kuwait **Salary:** **KWD 1,900 per month** Job Summary PSAK Bekasi is seeking a highly experienced and detail\-oriented **Senior Financial Auditor** to join our finance and audit team in Kuwait City. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and conducting financial audits, evaluating internal controls, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements, and providing recommendations to strengthen financial governance and operational efficiency. This role is ideal for a professional with strong analytical skills, extensive auditing experience, and a commitment to accuracy and integrity. Key Responsibilities * Plan, lead, and execute internal and financial audits across business operations. * Review financial statements, accounting records, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance. * Evaluate internal controls, financial processes, and risk management practices. * Identify financial, operational, and compliance risks and recommend effective corrective actions. * Prepare comprehensive audit reports, findings, and recommendations for senior management. * Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and follow up on corrective action plans. * Ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), company policies, and applicable regulatory requirements. * Support external auditors by providing documentation and coordinating audit activities. * Conduct data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvements. * Mentor and provide guidance to junior auditors and finance team members. * Collaborate with finance, operations, compliance, and executive management to strengthen governance and financial controls. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial auditing, internal audit, external audit, or accounting. * Strong knowledge of IFRS, internal control frameworks, risk assessment, and auditing methodologies. * Experience with ERP systems, accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and audit management tools. * Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CIA, CMA, or equivalent is highly preferred. * Excellent analytical, problem\-solving, organizational, and communication skills. * High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
