We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Executive to drive business growth and expand our client portfolio in the Dubai/UAE market. The ideal candidate should have a strong network of corporate clients, proven sales achievements, and solid experience in the logistics, transportation, and supply chain industry.
> Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Dubai and UAE market .
• Generate leads and convert them into long-term business relationships.
• Promote logistics, transportation, warehousing, and supply chain solutions in line with Transcorp’s service offerings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
• Prepare sales proposals and quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close business deals.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Monitor UAE market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure effective service delivery.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, business pipelines, and CRM updates.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of Business Development experience , preferably in logistics, transportation, or supply chain services.
• Proven experience in the UAE market , with a strong understanding of local business dynamics.
• Existing network of corporate clients and decision-makers in Dubai/UAE.
• Strong skills in lead generation, client acquisition, negotiation, and account management.
• Target-driven professional with a proven track record of achieving sales and revenue goals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence will be an advantage.
