Specialist, Supplier Park Financial Controlling

Supplier Park Finance Controller Specialist is responsible for financial planning and analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and tracking spending control for the Supplier Park Project Finance Controller Specialist is also responsible for financial reports development. General and Task Management • Report to the Manufacturing Controller on the CAPEX and Investment control process. • Control and report the CAPEX commitment, payment, balance to commit & balance to pay to operating areas • Report cash flow spending projections to treasury and related areas. • Ensure the accuracy and robustness of the control tools (ERP / Excel) • Track purchasing requisitions by performing the necessary entries and controls in the ERP System ensuring the CAPEX budget control. • Support meetings with Supplier Operations team members to develop forecast for project plan deviations as well as mitigation strategies. Relationship Management • Support directly the Controller Assistant Manager • Gate keeper for the CAPEX, Construction and Facilities Investments inputs • The ability to advise co-workers and stakeholders of any financial changes affecting the business Self Management • Ability to lead and adapt to the continuous changes and challenges. • Initiative to introduce process improvement • Resilience and muti tasking mindset • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
