Spa Membership Supervisor

What you will do: • Drive membership sales through consultations, facility tours, and relationship building. • Manage membership renewals, upgrades, freezes, cancellations, and account administration. • Serve as the main contact for members, ensuring exceptional service and prompt issue resolution. • Develop member engagement and retention initiatives, including loyalty programs and special recognition activities. • Coordinate wellness events, workshops, and exclusive member experiences. • Maintain accurate membership contracts, billing records, payment reconciliation, and monthly reporting. • Support daily spa operations through facility inspections, reception coverage, and coordination of external wellness specialists.
