Spa Receptionist- Dubai Mall

• Minimum 5 years experience in spa reception, luxury hospitality, guest relations or a comparable premium customer-facing role. • Experience in a five-star hotel, luxury spa, premium wellness centre or high-end hospitality environment strongly preferred. • Excellent spoken and written English with confident, professional communication skills. • Additional languages, particularly Arabic, are an advantage. • Experience using booking, CRM, POS or hotel reservation systems. • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple appointments and guest enquiries. • Previous experience in treatment sales, retail recommendations, memberships or guest retention is advantageous. • Immaculate personal presentation and a professional, welcoming manner. • Strong attention to detail, reliability and discretion. • Confident handling VIP guests, complaints and service recovery. • Comfortable working in a busy, premium guest-facing environment. • Flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays in accordance with UAE employment regulations. • UAE-based candidates with immediate or short-notice availability preferred.
