Software Engineer- TIBCO Application Support

• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues within TIBCO applications, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. • Perform root cause analysis for recurring problems, implementing permanent solutions to enhance application stability. • Develop and execute scripts for application monitoring, performance tuning, and automated deployments within the TIBCO ecosystem. • Collaborate with development teams to implement bug fixes and enhancements, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. • Years of Experience * 8 to 12 years Required Skills * Primary technical and functional skills · Strong expertise in Cloud technologies · Hands-on experience with OpenShift , · Proven experience in TIBCO Support , · CI/CD pipeline management , and integration flow design . Required Experience / Knowledge Areas * Specific domain or industry knowledge required • Hands-on experience with TIBCO upgrades and TIBCO support. • Strong technical background in application management and business integration . • Proficiency in Microservices and distributed enterprise applications. • Experience with Middleware implementation / Support using TIBCO Service Bus and related technologies. • Expertise in CI/CD pipeline implementation and automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD). • Hands-on experience with Cloud platforms / OpenShift . • Cloud certification (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is highly recommended. • Experience in integration flow design , service specifications , and performance tuning . • Excellent client-facing and communication skills. • Knowledge of application monitoring tools such as Dynatrace is preferred.
