Social Media Manager

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the brand’s goals and objectives. • Create and curate engaging, high-quality content tailored for different platforms, ensuring a consistent brand voice across all channels. • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven adjustments. • Manage client relationships by understanding their goals, maintaining clear communication, providing regular performance updates, and ensuring content and strategies align with their brand vision. • Conduct client meetings and presentations to discuss campaign performance, content strategies, and upcoming initiatives. • Coordinate content creation, including copywriting, visuals, reels, stories, and campaign materials. • Manage client feedback, revisions, and approvals to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction. • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining organization, deadlines, and quality standards. • Resolve client concerns professionally and proactively, building trust and maintaining long-term partnerships. • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community around the brand. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred. • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing. • Certifications in social media marketing or analytics (e.g., Hootsuite, Google Analytics) are advantageous. • Experience in managing social media for brands within the technology or e-commerce sectors is a plus.
