Site Supervisor

• Supervise daily construction activities within the assigned discipline. • Allocate manpower, tools and materials according to site priorities and instructions from the Site Engineer. • Explain approved drawings, work methods and daily targets to foremen and site crews. • Monitor workmanship, productivity and progress, and report delays or site issues. • Coordinate inspections with the Site Engineer and QA/QC team and follow up on corrective work. • Maintain daily records of manpower, materials, completed work and outstanding activities. • Conduct toolbox talks and enforce site safety procedures, permit requirements and housekeeping standards. • Coordinate with other trades to resolve clashes and maintain access for construction activities. Civil • Supervise excavation, backfilling, compaction, reinforcement, formwork and concrete works. • Check levels, dimensions, equipment foundations, anchor bolts, embedded items and cable trenches. • Coordinate pre-pour inspections, concrete placement, curing and completion of civil works. • Diploma or ITI qualification in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering, or a relevant technical trade. • Minimum 5 years of relevant construction site supervision experience . • Candidates must be currently based in the UAE . • Previous UAE construction experience is preferred. • Power plant construction experience is preferred. Relevant industrial, utility or EPC project experience will also be considered. • Ability to interpret discipline-specific drawings and supervise workers and subcontractors. • Practical knowledge of site quality checks, construction sequencing and safety procedures. • Relevant ADDC, DEWA or TAQA certifications or approvals are preferred, where applicable to the discipline and work scope but not mandatory.
