Site Supervisor

• 10 15 years of experience in operations. • 3 5 years of experience in a supervisory role. • Experience coordinating and supervising daily site or plant operations. • Knowledge of planned and reactive maintenance activities. • Understanding of equipment inspections and fault escalation. • Knowledge of workplace safety procedures, including JHAs, SWMS, and SOPs. • Experience coordinating contractors and managing work permits. • Ability to monitor operational performance, downtime, and quality. • Strong team leadership, coordination, and communication skills. • A car is an advantage, according to the employer's brief.
