Maintenance Supervisor

• • Creating, maintaining and updating the production schedule/plan • Forecasting material needs and calculating required order dates based on lead times • Creating, managing & delivering work orders to the production floor • Monitoring the progress of released orders and reporting on status • Assigning released work orders to specific customer orders • Reviewing and reporting on work order operation times vs standard times • Reporting to the production manager. • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in maintenance or engineering preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in maintenance supervision within a relevant industry. • Proven track record of leading and managing a diverse maintenance team effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
