Site Manager

Lead and coordinate all on-site activities during event build-up, live event days, and dismantling phases Ensure site layouts are prepared, marked, and delivered in line with event requirements and safety standards Supervise crews, contractors, and vendors involved in setup and breakdown Enforce health, safety, and compliance protocols across the site Act as the main point of contact with event organizers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations Monitor site progress against project timelines and resolve issues quickly and effectively Oversee logistics, equipment, and resources to maximize efficiency on-site Ensure the site is properly restored and cleaned post-event Proven experience as a Site Manager or in a similar role within events, exhibitions, or live productions Strong leadership, team coordination, and vendor management skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Solid understanding of health and safety regulations for event environments Strong communication and problem-solving skills OTHER SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required. Willingness to travel for events as required. GENERAL OBLIGATIONS TOWARDS HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT You will correctly use machinery, appliances, tools, transport, and all equipment issued by the company. You will correctly use personal protective equipment supplied by the company. You will not remove any safety devices for any machinery or installations. You will perform all tasks set forth by safety and environmental regulations and thus cooperate with Electra to ensure a working environment and condition that do not pose any risks in terms of health, safety and environment to others.
