**Site Foreman \- Aluminium \& Glass Industry** **Experience:** 3\-5 Years **Industry:** Aluminium \& Glass **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise day\-to\-day site activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and project specifications. * Lead and manage site teams, allocating tasks and monitoring productivity. * Coordinate with Site Engineers, clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution. * Monitor installation of aluminium and glass systems, including curtain walls, doors, windows, skylights, and glazing works. * Ensure project timelines are met while maintaining quality and safety standards. * Identify and resolve on\-site issues efficiently and report progress to the Site Engineer. * Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. **Requirements:** * 3\-5 years of experience as a Site Foreman in the aluminium and glass industry. * Strong knowledge of aluminium fabrication and installation works. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and site layouts. * Good leadership, coordination, and problem\-solving skills. * Sound understanding of site safety practices and quality standards. * UAE experience is preferred and will be an added advantage.
