Site Accountant

- Coordinate with project managers and departments to manage petty cash, purchase requests, and approvals. - Prepare purchase orders and collaborate with the warehouse to process material receipts. - Manage budgets and approve invoices for transportation, indirect costs, and expatriate accommodations. - Handle bi-weekly cash wage payments for indirect labor by requesting necessary funds. - Perform quarterly budget reconciliations, submit closing balances to Treasury, and conduct warehouse audits.
