Role & responsibilities
• Maintain end-to-end responsibility for store or showroom operations.
• Drive sales and maximize profitability while delivering the highest levels of customer service.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, operating procedures (SOPs), and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Sales & Performance: Monitor store targets, maximize daily sales, and implement strategies for key metrics (such as units per transaction and average transaction value).
• Team & Staff Management: Handle the daily roster, staff leaves, grievances, and performance feedback. Train retail staff on sales techniques, customer care, and brand awareness.
• Visual Merchandising (VM): Maintain set visual merchandising standards across the showroom at all times.
• Loyalty & Promotions: Actively promote the companys Loyalty Program to drive repeat business.
• Inventory & Security: Conduct regular store administration audits, manage stock security, monitor stock loss/shrinkage, and provide product/employee feedback to the Area Manager.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on all group brands to perform effective cross-selling and suggestive selling.
• Requirements & Qualifications
• Physical Fitness: Ability to work in long retails hours and during festival rush extended hours
• Experience: Proven background in retail store management, team leadership, and driving sales within fashion/lifestyle retail.
• Personal Traits: Well-groomed, fashionable appearance, strong communication skills, and customer-centric attitude.
