Shift Incharge - Plant Operations

Oversee daily plant operations, ensuring efficient production and meeting quality standards. Manage a team of operators, providing guidance on DCS systems, ammonia handling, and equipment maintenance. Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues related to raw materials, productivity, and safety. Monitor plant performance metrics such as OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). 13+ years of experience in Ammonia/fertilizer plant operations or similar industry. Strong knowledge of ammonia handling procedures and DCS systems. Experience as a Shift Incharge or equivalent role in a manufacturing environment.
