Senior Technician - Gaming Technicians

About the Position: Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Senior Technician to join the Gaming Technician team. The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are: • Coordinate and lead the Technicians to conduct daily installation, repair and maintenance work according to established policies and procedures • Perform maintenance according to the preventative maintenance program and as ad hoc needs arise • Update the status and ensure completion of work orders • Update and maintain the maintenance records of Gaming equipment • Maintain the integrity of table games and equipment, EGM assets, machines and information • Monitor and request inventory of all gaming-related items • Report and escalate problems to the Supervisor • Conduct installation, repair and maintenance work under strict safety conditions • Ensure equipment, tools and work areas are kept clean, tidy and safe • Continually improve health and safety standards • Assist and perform duties assigned by the Supervisor and assume responsibilities in the Supervisor s absence • Guide Technicians to installation, repair and maintain gaming operating equipment properly and safely to achieve department goals • Participate in daily briefings and share relevant information with the team • Test and correct any deviations from service procedures swiftly through on the job training • Assess work quality standards and arrange refresher training to maintain Team Members competency levels • Interact with Department and Company Team Members, management, and contractors professionally and positively • Encourage good relationships, promote team spirit, and ensure effective two-way and multicultural communications • Adhere to the Company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct • Remain well-mannered and well-groomed as per Department and Company standards • Follow health and safety standards and strive for constant improvement to avoid health and injury hazards • Participate in the Company recycling program and follow a strict discipline to reduce, re-use and recycle wherever possible About You: The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: • Minimum of 3 years of experience as gaming technician or EGM technician • Secondary school diploma or above • Gaming related certification or relevant technical training; strong knowledge of gaming products, equipment, systems, and applicable regulations • Strong English communication skills • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with gaming related software and system
