Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Construction Experience)

• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier construction talent, from skilled trades to executive leadership. • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for complex construction roles, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience from application to onboarding. • Partner closely with hiring managers/HR Manager and project leaders to deeply understand technical requirements, project timelines, and cultural fit for construction positions. • Build and nurture robust talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles within the construction sector, anticipating future workforce needs. • Internal manpower source allocation planning and distributions. • Master's degree (MBA) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field. • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a significant focus on the construction industry. • Proven track record of successfully recruiting for a diverse range of construction roles, including engineers, project managers, superintendents, and skilled trades. • Expertise in utilizing various sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Naukrigulf industry-specific job boards, professional networks) to identify passive candidates.
