Senior Supervisor Facade

• Lead and mentor a team of facade technicians and supervisors, fostering a culture of safety and high performance. • Oversee the planning, execution, and quality control of all facade installation and maintenance activities. • Ensure strict adherence to project specifications, drawings, and building codes throughout the facade lifecycle. • Manage site logistics, material procurement, and resource allocation to optimize project timelines and budgets. • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in facade engineering and construction supervision. • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale facade projects from inception to completion. • Possession of relevant certifications such as LEED AP, PMP, or equivalent industry-recognized credentials.
