Senior Site Architect

The role As Senior Site Architect, you will take the lead on the architectural supervision of residential and mixed-use projects, ensuring site execution aligns with approved IFC packages, shop drawings, materials and detailing requirements. You will act as a key point of coordination across contractors, consultants and specialist sub-consultants, while maintaining quality, program awareness and compliance with local statutory requirements. This is not a desk-bound position. It is for an architect who is highly visible on site, decisive under pressure and confident managing everything from technical reviews and mock-up approvals to snagging, close-out and handover documentation. What youu2019ll be doing Leading site-based architectural supervision across residential and mixed-use developments, with full focus on design implementation, quality and technical compliance. Monitoring construction progress and ensuring finishes, materials, interfaces and detailing are executed in line with approved IFC and shop drawings. Reviewing architectural shop drawings, material submissions, mock-ups, as-builts and technical queries with a sharp eye for quality, buildability and design integrity. Acting as the lead architectural consultant on site, coordinating the wider supervision team and subconsultants across structural, MEP, landscape, lighting and other specialist packages. Chairing and contributing to multidisciplinary meetings, resolving issues quickly and proactively reducing risk, delay and exposure to contractor claims. Issuing and managing Site Observation Reports, Non-Conformance Reports and related QA/QC actions to maintain standards and accountability on site. Ensuring statutory and authority requirements are fully incorporated, including coordination with bodies such as Dubai Municipality, Dubai Civil Defence and DEWA where relevant to project scope.
