Senior Structural Engineer (Design Review)

Our newest opportunity is for a talented Senior Structural Engineer (Civil) to join our award winning team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. • Extensive experience in Design Review Methodology, including preparation of review schedules, review workflows, and design assurance processes. • Proven ability to perform Design Compliance Reviews against project requirements, applicable codes, standards, regulations, and employer requirements. • Strong knowledge of Value Engineering (VE) and Constructability Reviews, with the ability to identify cost, quality, operational, and construction optimization opportunities. • Experience in developing and managing Comment Resolution Registers. • Ability to provide recommendations for design stage approvals and IFC (Issued for Construction) submissions. • Good understanding of BIM Coordination, Clash Detection, and review of BIM Coordination Reports (preferred). • Experience in identifying, assessing, and tracking design-related risks through Risk Registers and mitigation strategies. • Strong coordination skills with architects, engineers, BIM teams, contractors, clients, and stakeholders throughout the design review process.
