• Lead and mentor junior team members, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards on complex projects. • Operate and maintain specialized machinery and equipment with a high degree of precision and efficiency. • Interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute intricate tasks accurately. • Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting on equipment failures, implementing effective repair solutions. • Possesses a relevant trade certification (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds) or equivalent. • Demonstrates 1- 3 years of progressive experience in a similar skilled labour capacity. • Proficient in operating and maintaining industry-specific tools and heavy machinery. • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices.
