Senior R&D Formulation Chemist – Detergents & Home Care Products

• Lead the development of innovative detergent and home care formulations, translating consumer insights into breakthrough products. • Design and execute complex experimental plans to optimize product performance, stability, and cost-effectiveness. • Troubleshoot formulation challenges, identifying root causes and implementing robust solutions for existing and new products. • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, engineering, and manufacturing to ensure seamless product launches and scale-up. • Ph.D. or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline. • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in formulation development within the detergents and home care industry. • Demonstrated expertise in surfactant chemistry, rheology modifiers, enzymes, and other key detergent ingredients. • Proven track record of successfully launching new consumer products from concept to commercialization.
