Senior Programme Manager, Integration

Establish and lead the integration office / PMO Drive programme governance and structure across workstreams Coordinate cross-functional teams across geographies Identify interdependencies and manage integration risks Develop and execute 30, 60, 90-day integration plans Provide oversight, QA and challenge to functional outputs Lead communication and alignment with senior stakeholders 10+ years in integration, transformation or programme roles Due to the urgency of the role, candidates must be available to start within 2 weeks. Strong experience in cross-functional, multi-country delivery Proven stakeholder management at senior leadership level Exposure to M&A or post-acquisition integration environments Consulting or transformation background preferred Adaptable, structured and effective in ambiguous settings
