Senior Product Manager

Company overview: Pentabell is seeking a skilled Senior Product Manager, for one of its clients. The role involves owning the product end to end, setting direction, making technical trade-offs, and delivering products across wallet, cross-border payments, and payment acceptance in Bahrain and the UAE. Position: Senior Product Manager Summary: End-to-end ownership of product development, including discovery, definition, prioritization, delivery, and post-launch iteration. Responsibilities: End-to-end product ownership across wallet, cross-border payments, and payment acceptance: discovery, definition, prioritization, delivery, and post-launch iteration The product roadmap across both Bahrain and the UAE markets Payment flows and operational logic behind them: onboarding, KYC/AML, payment initiation, FX pricing, settlement, reconciliation, and exception handling Partner and banking integrations, working with partners on API scope, testing, and go-live Working with the Head of Engineering on architecture, technical trade-offs, delivery planning, and release quality Requirements: Bachelor or Master's degree in a relevant field Proven track record in product management with shipped products, direct experience in remittance, digital wallets, or cross-border payments The ability to oversee technology and engineering credibly: read architecture diagrams, challenge design decisions, hold technical conversations with senior engineers without needing a translator A working engineering background in .NET, Python, or Java, and experience with scalable, distributed systems
