SENIOR PLANNING ENGINEER FITOUT

• Develop comprehensive fit-out project plans that align with client expectations and project timelines, ensuring all phases are adequately scheduled. • Analyze project specifications and technical documents to identify key milestones and resource requirements, facilitating effective project execution. • Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and contractors to optimize project workflows and address any scheduling conflicts that arise. • Monitor and report on project progress, using scheduling software to track timelines and identify potential delays in real-time. • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure timely project delivery. • Lead project meetings with stakeholders to communicate updates, gather feedback, and refine planning strategies as needed. • Utilize advanced planning tools and methodologies to enhance efficiency and productivity in fit-out projects. • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards throughout the planning and execution phases of fit-out projects. • Prepare and present detailed progress reports and forecasts to senior management and clients, highlighting key achievements and upcoming challenges. • Mentor junior planning engineers by sharing best practices and providing guidance on complex planning scenarios.
