Senior Oracle HCM Functional Consultant EBS & SaaS

Location: Remote Work Mode: Remote Experience: 15+ Years Technology: Oracle EBS HCM and Oracle HCM Cloud (SaaS) Job Overview DWT Technology is seeking an experienced Senior Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) HCM and Oracle HCM Cloud (SaaS) to support enterprise HR transformation, implementation, and system optimization projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive functional experience across HR and payroll processes, employee self-service, performance management, talent management, recruiting, learning management, and time and labor. The consultant will analyze business requirements, deliver functional solutions, identify system gaps, and support upgrades, rollouts, testing, and deployment activities. Key Responsibilities • Analyze business requirements and deliver functional solutions across Oracle EBS HCM and Oracle HCM Cloud. • Configure, support, and optimize HR and payroll processes. • Support Core HR, Payroll, Employee Self-Service (ESS), Performance Management, and Talent Management functionality. • Support Oracle iRecruitment, Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Oracle Learning Management, and Oracle Time and Labor. • Conduct system health checks, identify functional gaps, and recommend improvements. • Support Oracle EBS upgrades, implementation rollouts, testing, and deployment activities. • Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and project leadership to deliver functional solutions. • Lead functional workshops and support requirements gathering and solution validation. • Assist with functional troubleshooting and system optimization. • Contribute to successful project delivery and continuous improvement of HR systems. • Minimum 15 years of relevant professional experience. • Strong functional expertise in Oracle EBS HCM and Oracle HCM Cloud (SaaS). • Experience with Core HR and Payroll processes. • Knowledge of Employee Self-Service (ESS) and Performance Management. • Experience with Oracle iRecruitment (i-Rec) and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC). • Knowledge of Oracle Learning Management (OLM) and Oracle Time and Labor (OTL). • Experience with Talent Management functionality. • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions. • Experience conducting system health checks, identifying functional gaps, and recommending improvements. • Experience supporting Oracle EBS upgrades, rollouts, testing, and deployment. • Strong collaboration, communication, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to work remotely and coordinate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and project leadership.
