Senior Odoo Developer Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Senior Odoo Developer responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining Odoo applications. The ideal candidate should have strong backend and frontend development skills, with hands-on experience in the Odoo framework, business workflows, and integrations. Key Responsibilities • Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules for both Community and Enterprise editions. • Design and implement new business functionalities in Odoo. • Work on backend logic using Python and PostgreSQL. • Develop and enhance frontend interfaces using JavaScript, XML, and QWeb. • Integrate Odoo with third-party systems including APIs, payment gateways, and ERP systems. • Customize existing modules such as Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and more. • Debug and fix issues, optimize performance, and ensure scalability. • Participate in code reviews and maintain clean, maintainable code. • Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Handle Odoo upgrades and migrations between versions. Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills • Strong experience with the Odoo Framework, preferably v12 v17 or later. • Proficiency in Python. • Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL. • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. • Familiarity with Odoo ORM, QWeb, and XML views. • Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations. • Understanding of MVC architecture. Preferred Skills • Experience with OWL framework, Odoo Web Library. • Knowledge of Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines. • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or similar. • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience • 2 5+ years of experience in Odoo development, depending on role level. • Proven experience in full-stack development. Education • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
